Bragg Apple Cider
In 400 B.C., Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, treated his patients with natural apple cider vinegar because of its powerful cleansing, healing and germ-fighting qualities. Here are some handy tools: Grip-Ez’s Apple Corer and Apple Wedger and Corer. Use the corer to remove apple cores easily, or get the wedger-corer combo to help slice apples into eight perfect pieces.
“Apple Hill” Stuffed Pork Loin with Barsotti’s Apple Juice Pan Jus
The weather is turning, which means fall; for folks here in the valley that means Apple Hill time, and this dish is a refined way to use those delicious gems from the orchard. Dried Bing Cherries are plumped with Rum to add a little depth and sweetness to the tart Granny Smith apples. If you like pork chops and apple sauce, you will love this uptown version!
Fuji Apple Slaw
